About
Hi, I’m Tatiana.
I teach yoga the way I wish I had learned it — slowly, with explanation, and without the pressure to keep up, perform, or look like the person on the next mat.

For a long time, yoga was something I followed along to. I could hold the shapes. I could keep up. But I couldn’t have told you exactly what my body was doing, why we moved or breathed in certain ways, or how any of it connected to the deeper practice of yoga.
The shift came when I became curious enough to slow down. I wanted to understand why a pose felt the way it did, how the breath could change my experience, what was happening beneath the physical practice, and why yoga seemed to affect so much more than my body.
That curiosity is what shaped the way I teach today. Slow, intentional yoga where we take the time to understand alignment, explore the breath, ask questions, and connect movement with meditation, philosophy, spirituality, and the subtle body.
I created GENTLE especially for beginners and newer yogis who want more than simply following along. For the person who wants to understand their body, quiet some of the noise in their mind, explore the deeper layers of yoga, and build a practice that actually feels like their own.
And if you’ve been practicing for years, you’re welcome here too. Sometimes going deeper doesn’t mean doing more, it means returning to the foundations with a different kind of awareness.
Slow enough to feel. Detailed enough to understand. Deep enough to transform.
