Yoga is not medical care. Practise within your own limits, and speak to a health professional about any injury, pregnancy or medical condition before beginning. You are responsible for your own safety in your own space.

Program places are confirmed after a discovery call. Payment plans, where offered, are agreed in writing before the program begins.

Individual sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled within the notice period shown when you book. Late cancellations may not be refunded.

Teaching materials, recordings and written practices are for your personal use and are not to be redistributed.
