The GENTLE Method

Twelve weeks to understand your whole practice.

A live experience for beginners and newer yogis. You’ll go from following along to understanding the practice in full — physical, mental, energetic and spiritual.

Where most people start

“I’m always in my head. My body feels tense, my mind never really shuts off, and even when I do yoga, I feel like I’m just trying to keep up…”

If that’s familiar, nothing is wrong with you. You were handed a class and asked to keep pace with it. Nobody slowed down long enough to explain what you were doing, or why it might matter.

Where you’ll be in twelve weeks

  • You feel at home in your own body.
  • Your mind is calmer, and you know how to get it there.
  • You understand alignment as it applies to your body, not a diagram.
  • Your breath and your movement finally belong to each other.
  • You can sit for basic meditation and pranayama on your own.
  • You know the foundational yogic ideas well enough to use them.
  • You have practices that genuinely help you slow down.

Why it’s called GENTLE

Not easier yoga. More intentional yoga.

Gentle means we slow down enough to notice more. It doesn’t mean less. Some of the hardest work you’ll do is staying with a sensation long enough to understand it.

From students

In their own words.

“Classes with Tati are so much more than just a physical practice. There is always a challenge that invites you to step outside your comfort zone and learn to become comfortable with discomfort. The way she guides each class, the intention she brings to every session, and that final moment of relaxation allow you to truly disconnect and reconnect with yourself. I always leave feeling like my body and mind have had a little reset. It’s a space I truly value.”
Matias
“Tatiana is truly the sweetest and most gentle person, and her energy is such a beautiful part of every class. I love her rhythm, her voice, her words, and especially the music she chooses, everything feels so intentional and calming. I genuinely feel like I’ve gotten better since practicing with her, but more than anything, I enjoy the way I feel when I leave her practices. Even on the mornings when I struggle to wake up and convince myself to go, I always walk out feeling so grateful that I did. Her classes have become something I really look forward to. She has a way of making you feel challenged, grounded, and peaceful all at once. I’m so grateful to have found her!”
Micaela
“Tati is truly a gem!! Her positive energy, kindness, and passion for yoga shine through in every class. She makes everyone feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable, and I always leave her sessions feeling happier, calmer, and more connected.”
Valentina
“Tatiana’s classes are truly yoga in flow. From the first centering breath, she gently shifts body and mind into yoga mode. Soon, movement and ujjayi breath find their rhythm, and the practice becomes a meditation in motion. Tati is a wonderful conductor—breath, movement, heat, and her beautifully curated music all moving together, building and carrying the energy of the practice while keeping the mind anchored in the present. She brings the ancient wisdom of yoga beautifully into the now, closing with the perfect savasana, meditation, and communal mantra that somehow seals it all. I always leave feeling worked, detoxified, centered, and a little lighter—as if something has shifted. And I always look forward to coming back to my mat.”
Katalina
“Tatiana’s classes are something I truly look forward to. She brings such beautiful energy into the space, and I always leave feeling lighter, happier, and more connected to myself. I love the intention she brings to her teaching, from her attention to technique to the deeper meaning behind the practice. The words she shares at the end of each class always touch my heart and leave me with a beautiful sense of peace and harmony.”
